The classic in the kitchen. For frying, grilling, and serving. Ideal for searing with a browning effect. Suitable for all types of stoves (including induction) and open flames. Quick heat transfer and energy-saving. Riess has been producing cast iron pans since 1550. Cast iron pans are particularly suitable for gas stoves and open fires.
