The manual all-purpose slicer amano 5 features high material integrity, is predominantly made of robust metal, and fits seamlessly into any home thanks to its timeless design. It is operated with a smooth hand crank featuring a particularly high-quality beech wood handle, thus requiring no electricity. This makes it usable anywhere and at any time.

To better handle large, hard cutting materials during the slicing process, the amano 5 is equipped with a food guiding rail. The advantage of this is that the freshly sliced food does not interfere with or block the subsequent cranking process. The food is guided past the crank and lands on the designated bamboo board. This board fits perfectly into the designated rails directly beneath the slicer, can be pulled out, and used as a rustic serving platter or cutting board.
