The future has begun: Rommelsbacher now offers the double hot plate CT 3403/TC with a glass-ceramic cooking surface in an elegant stainless steel housing with a softline design. This freestanding hot plate is the highlight of any kitchen. It is ideal as an additional appliance to a regular stove, perfect for small kitchens, offices, and apartments, and extremely popular in the catering sector for buffets and cooking demonstrations. The features meet all demands: The HiLight heating zones are energy-efficiently controlled via touch control in 9 levels each. The dual-zone solution allows for the activation of an extra-large zone with a diameter of 210 mm, perfect for large cooking vessels. Two indicator lights and two residual heat indicators are standard. Overheating protection and automatic boil detection ensure safety and optimal comfort.
