The double contact grill from Royal Catering is a professional piece of cooking equipment designed for hotel restaurants, cafés, fast food restaurants, and catering companies, as well as for private use. The grill plates are flexible and are perfect for preparing meat, fish, vegetables, sandwiches, and paninis. With its stepless temperature control between 50 - 300 °C and the power of 3,600 W, meat, fish, vegetables, sandwiches, and much more can be prepared gently and in a controlled manner. You set the temperature with separate thermostats. Two built-in indicator lights help you to operate.

The countertop flat top grill impresses with its robust, high-quality workmanship. The casing is made of scratch-resistant stainless steel and has two upper and one lower grill plate, which ensure that the food to be grilled is heated at the same time. The plates are heated electrically. There is no annoying smoke or grill smell, as with conventional grilling, which makes the double contact grill ideal for indoor use.

Both grill plates of the professional contact grill are height adjustable. The cast iron plates prevent food from sticking. Due to the flat surface, the grill is perfect for cooking panini, sausages, and pancakes. The extra-large grill surface with two upper plates that can be opened separately offers plenty of space for your food to be grilled.
