Fruit cutter RCOT-8 by Royal Catering - ideal for working with citrus fruits, tomatoes, or potatoes. The fruit cutter RCOT-8 was developed for private use as well as for permanent application in large-scale kitchens, cocktail bars, or restaurants to significantly simplify cutting firm fruit into even pieces. Due to its construction from high-quality stainless steel, the fruit cutter RCOT-8 is very durable and can be easily cleaned with just water. Thanks to the vertical design, this device is especially space-saving and robust. To cut the desired items, you place them in the designated fitting on the blades and push them through the extremely sharp knives with a single hand movement. Fruit and vegetables with a diameter of up to 9 cm can be cut into 8 perfectly even splits. Thanks to the non-slip rubber stands, a secure hold is guaranteed on any surface. If necessary, a spare blade for the fruit cutter RCOT-8 can be purchased.
