Now it’s time for the sausage – with the horizontal sausage stuffer. This sausage filling machine made of hygienic stainless steel features a high-quality gearbox with two speeds. This allows you to fill the sausages evenly with meat mixture at two different speeds using the ergonomically shaped hand crank. The crank, which is closely aligned with the housing, ensures optimal power transfer and a more stable base compared to similar products with protruding cranks. A silicone seal prevents the filling mixture from leaking out of the cylinder.

To fill the 14 cm diameter cylinder with sausage mixture, simply unlock and remove it. The container can be filled by hand or directly from a meat grinder. Since the entire sausage injector is made of food-safe and durable stainless steel, the cylinder and individual parts are easy to clean. Depending on the filling and the desired thickness of the sausage type, you can easily screw one of the filling tubes, each 18 cm long, with diameters of 16, 22, 32, or 38 mm onto the outlet thread. Thanks to the handy wing nut, you can quickly change the filling tubes and attach them to the 46 cm high cylinder. The horizontal design of the sausage machine is particularly suitable for coarser and firmer products.
