The double-riveted handle made of Italian olive wood is a pleasure to hold, and the sharp blade makes food preparation a breeze. This kitchen knife features a straight, serrated 8 cm blade and a total length of 19 cm, making it ideal for daily use in the kitchen. The blade is made from 1.4034 stainless steel and is hand-honed. Wood is a natural product; growth, color, and texture are unique to each tree, and variations are natural. The knife is not dishwasher safe and should be washed by hand and regularly maintained with household oil.
