The pan body is made from a three-layer material: "Stainless Steel – Aluminum Core – Stainless Steel." This combination of materials ensures rapid heating of the cookware as well as perfect and even heat distribution from the bottom of the pan to the edge. The pan features a 100% indestructible interior coating that withstands even metal kitchen utensils. This is due to the special Silverstar® non-stick coating with an enhanced star structure made of stainless steel. The intricate structure allows you to sear your food sharply and at high temperatures, just like in a classic stainless steel pan. At the same time, the non-stick seal allows food to easily release from the cookware. A precise and even frying result is thus guaranteed.
