The pan body is made from a three-layer material: "Stainless Steel – Aluminum Core – Stainless Steel." This material combination ensures quick heating of the cookware as well as perfect and even heat distribution from the bottom of the pan to the edge. The pan features a 100% indestructible inner coating that withstands even metal kitchen utensils. This is due to the special Silverstar® non-stick coating with an enhanced star structure made of stainless steel. The delicate structure allows you to sear your food sharply and at high temperatures, just like in a classic stainless steel pan. At the same time, the non-stick seal allows food to easily release from the cookware. This guarantees precise and even frying results.

The non-stick sealed Silverstar® stainless steel pans are suitable for all types of stoves and can of course also be used on induction cooktops. In the oven, the material withstands temperatures up to 220 °C.
