Since the cutting board is oiled with our Skottsberg Tungöl, all the pores of the wood are filled, preventing the penetration of bacteria, dirt, and moisture. This provides optimal protection for the board. One side of the cutting board features a groove with a reservoir to catch juices from meat, fish, and vegetables. The other side is smooth for cutting drier ingredients. The edges of this Skottsberg cutting board have milled handles.
