Equipped with a coarse-grained side for pre-sharpening minor damage or chipping and a fine-grained side for fine sharpening, the combi sharpening stone offers excellent sharpening properties.
The guide rail included in the set ensures the perfect grinding angle and an exact grind.
The combi sharpening stone is suitable for wet and dry sharpening. For wet sharpening, the water whetstone is first placed in water for around 5-10 minutes to create a light film of moisture.
A non-slip bamboo base with a rubberised underside ensures a stable hold during the sanding process.
A separate whetstone makes it easy to remove any unevenness on the whetstone so that it does not lose any of its quality.
