The multifunctional roasting pan from Staub features a lid with Staub's own Chistera Drop-Structure. This structure on the inside of the lid ensures that condensation is evenly distributed over the entire food, keeping all ingredients moist and particularly flavorful and juicy. Therefore, with this roasting pan, it is not necessary to frequently add water or other liquids.
