The base is a thin batter that can be easily spread on the cooking surface with this crêpe pan and the wooden spatula. The small edge ensures that nothing spills over. Simply scoop the batter into the pan, spread it on the cooking surface with the batter spreader, cook, flip, and you're done!
Cleaning and care tips: Before first use, we recommend thoroughly washing your cookware with some water and a mild dish soap. Then, spread a few drops of cooking oil on the coating with a paper towel. For further use, you can skip the use of fat or oil! Thanks to the Easy-Clean effect, hand cleaning is recommended. Just wipe with hot water, dish soap, and a soft sponge.
