Thanks to its oval shape, this frying pan offers ample space, for example, for several pieces of meat side by side, large steaks like T-bone steaks, large fish fillets, and whole fish that won't fit in a standard round pan.
Special heat conduction lines in the bottom of the pan ensure optimal heat distribution. Another practical feature: two spouts make it easier to drain excess fat or oil after frying.
Thanks to the special STONELINE® non-stick coating, your dishes can be prepared – as desired – with or without frying fat and oil, and they release from the cookware without sticking.
