It's that simple: Lay the baking mat flat on the work surface. Place the dough in the center of the mat and roll it out to the desired size. Either place the rolled-out dough into the corresponding cake pan or directly onto the appropriate baking tray with the mat.

Thanks to the conversion tables for international measurements, such as oven temperatures and volumes, you always have different units at a glance and can quickly and easily prepare your favorite recipes from abroad.
