The Mediterranean Diet is a broad project that includes three different collections: Vegetables, Fruits, and Fish. The typically Italian vegetables kick off in 2021 as the ABC of Italian culinary culture. It is an explosion of salads, tomatoes, herbs, chilies, and olives in symbiosis with the material and irregular aspect of porcelain, whose shape has been specifically created to showcase and bring to the table the typical foods of the Mediterranean diet.

The TAITÙ Mediterranean Diet series unites all of Italy in its decorations (from Radicchio, typical of the Veneto region, to chilies, a symbol of Southern Italy) and in the included dishes: a delightful blend of flavors, colors, and emotions.
