The non-stick coating is reinforced with titanium particles, making it a particularly durable and shock-resistant pan that is also easy to clean. The pan has reached its perfect frying temperature when the hourglass of the thermo-signal technology is no longer visible. It is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. 0% PFOA, 0% lead, 0% cadmium - subject to stricter controls than current food contact regulations.
