Product details

A small, friendly utensil for appetizers. It features a cutting mechanism with a scissor effect that can slice any type of sausage: dry sausage, chorizo, lomo, etc. The serrated blade is made of cutlery steel with razor-sharp precision and is produced in Thiers (label "Esprit de Thiers"). It includes a locking mechanism for the knife holder and a safety arc. Additionally, it allows for cutting small breads and long vegetables. Made in France.
