The authentic Victoria tortilla press is made in Colombia and is constructed from durable, recycled high-quality cast iron. In the press, you can flatten dough for various dishes such as empanadas, naan bread, tostones, flatbread, tacos, arepas, and tortillas. Place a cut open freezer bag inside the press, put a dough ball inside, and press down to prevent the dough from sticking to the press. If the dough does not flatten on the first press, rotate it and press it down multiple times in the press. Cook the finished tortillas on a hot pan.
