Following the introduction of our Gaucho steak knife collection, many customers have approached us requesting a knife with excellent features, in a medium size, and at an exceptional price. Fortunately, we have very skilled engineers who can achieve this feat, and we will soon have a new bestseller in our range. Our steak knife will be available with a 12 cm blade in two versions: for traditionalists with a serrated edge and for gourmets with a straight edge.
