Westmark Santoku knife with blade protector. The sharp, non-stick blade makes it easy to cut without anything sticking. It is ideal for preparing, chopping, mincing, and cutting vegetables, meat, and fish. Thanks to the ergonomically shaped and non-slip handle, the knife fits comfortably in the hand. The blade protector ensures the cutting edge is protected from damage in the drawer.
