The bird's beak is a classic that has been handcrafted and ground at Windmühle for ages. Originally developed from a hollow-ground bean knife, it has long fulfilled its own purpose as an optimal peeling knife. The curved, extremely sharp blade of this Windmühle knife is ideal for peeling vegetables, potatoes, and fruits. It even peels delicate asparagus thinly and economically. The curved blade is made of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and is rust-free, while the handle is crafted from cherry wood.
