Born from the country house tradition of Germany, this buckling knife has been produced unchanged for over 120 years with its distinctive blade shape. The wide, carefully pleated blade makes it equally suitable for spreading butter as well as cutting bread. Rolls can also be smoothly sliced with this windmill knife, without leaving the undesirable crumb ball in the middle. A small sensation for breakfast enjoyment. Made of high-quality carbon steel, not stainless, with a handle made of cherry wood.
