The vegetable pot is particularly tall and suitable for large volumes of vegetables such as cauliflower or larger quantities. It is also ideal for stews. Vegetables can be cooked with very little liquid, possibly with a bit of fat. The steam condenses on the lid of the vegetable pot and flows back into the food.
