The 1000 W motor is suitable for kneading, stirring and mixing (max. 1.5 kg flour + 1 litre water, 2-12 eggs) of sponge, shortcrust pastry, pizza/yeast dough, bread dough, sponge cake, egg whites or whipped cream.

The electronic speed control keeps the speed (8 levels) constant at different loads. The soft start prevents the ingredients from splashing.
