The steam cooker is a closed system for the stove. In the lower part, the roasting pan, you fill a small amount of water or broth and place the ingredients side by side on the steaming tray. Each steaming tray has two dividers. A lid seals the small cooking space airtight. Now you can take a break. The water begins to boil, and steam rises. Fish, meat, and vegetables cook without coming into contact with the water. Nothing burns or dries out, and the steam largely retains the vitamins.
