WMF ProfiResist Wok 28 cm, suitable for induction

In Asia, this high, round-bottomed pan is an essential tool for cooking. It combines a fryer, pot, and steamer in one: allowing you to create not only Asian dishes but also prepare any type of fish, meat, and vegetables. The most well-known cooking method is stir-frying, where the ingredients are quickly and intensely seared while being constantly stirred. The rounded shape ensures even heat distribution, and steam can escape through the metal lid with steam vent.

The wok pan features a handle and a long handle. Additionally, it is suitable for induction cooktops thanks to the TransTherm base. The wok has an aluminum core, is made of stainless steel on the inside, and is crafted from extremely durable chrome steel on the outside. The coated cooking surface ensures that nothing burns. You can turn the heat up high, as stainless steel can withstand high temperatures – your poultry and other meats will develop a delicious crust. The wok is oven-safe and heat-resistant up to 250 °C without a lid. It is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
