The three-sided sharpening system gives every knife an incredibly sharp blade. The trinity of diamond plates with medium and fine grit, as well as a ceramic stone with fine grit, ensures outstanding results. The innovative pivot response system adapts perfectly to the curvature of the blade and makes sharpening much easier. Sharpening guides of 20° and 25° are optionally available. The pivot response function can be locked to provide a rigid sharpening surface for a wide range of knives and tools.
