* Particularly sharp, thanks to the laser-supported sharpening process, PEtec. The blade shape originates from Japan. Nakiri refers to a versatile knife for slicing, dicing, and chopping vegetables. Whether soft or hard ingredients, it is also used for cutting fruits. Thanks to the thinly ground blade, even very fine slices can be achieved. The hollow edge creates air pockets in the indentations of the blade, preventing the food from sticking to it.
