The lime rings made of high-quality stainless steel prevent new limescale deposits in kettles and boilers. They are suitable for both kettles and boilers. The application is simple: place the lime catcher in the kettle or boiler, fill it with water, and bring it to a boil. The lime rings can be left in the kettle or boiler permanently, except for the recommended cleaning every ten days. They can also be used in other devices where water is heated. Limescale accumulates on the stainless steel mesh of the descaler with each use, preventing limescale build-up on the bottom and walls of the device. This environmentally friendly descaling method does not require any additional chemicals and is almost infinitely reusable. The rings are made of rust-resistant stainless steel. Consumer note: Rinse the lime catchers with hot water before first use and remove any existing limescale from used kettles or boilers. With regular use, we recommend cleaning the lime catchers approximately every 10 days as follows: 1. If necessary, pour out any remaining water from the kettle or boiler. Allow the lime catcher to cool completely before removing it to avoid the risk of burns. 2. Press the lime catcher and tap it out to remove the limescale.
