Product Description
The YATO crepe pan has a diameter of 260 mm and a depth of 20 mm, made from die-cast aluminum with a thickness of 3 mm.
This allows heat to distribute quickly and evenly across the entire cooking surface, which is especially important for frying, ensuring that the dish is cooked uniformly.
The YATO pan is coated with the Teflon Platinum Plus three-layer system, which prevents food from sticking to the surface and allows frying with a minimal amount of fat.
Additionally, it is suitable for operation at temperatures up to 250°C for frying or grilling. The handle is made of epoxy-coated steel and is attached to the pan with 3 rivets.
