The advantages of this Lodge skillet L12SK3 - 33.66 cm - are its solid cast iron construction and large size. This skillet is ideal for larger families, groups, and dishes. It can easily cook seven eggs at once. The skillet is perfect for sautéing, frying, boiling, and oven dishes. Whether in the oven or on the grill, everything is possible. The surface of the cast iron is noticeably smoother than that of the average cast iron skillet. The finish is of very high quality, and the Lodge skillet L20SK3 - 33.66 cm is already pre-seasoned and ready to use. After use, soap and water with a few drops of dish soap are sufficient to clean the skillet. The cast iron skillet is not dishwasher safe. If the skillet has a new protective layer, it should be seasoned as follows: Clean the skillet with water and dish soap. Then place it in the oven or on the grill (160 to 200 degrees) and heat the skillet for at least thirty minutes. Afterward, wipe the skillet well with a cloth or paper towel. Place the skillet back in the oven or on the grill and heat it for one hour. Let it cool down and remove any excess fat. Once the skillet has cooled, re-oil it and heat it for another hour in the oven or on the grill. Now the skillet is ready to use. Note: Depth 7.14 cm, weight approx. 4.76 kg, volume 1.78 liters, already seasoned (ready for use) with 100% vegetable oil.

Never use sharp utensils or other kitchen materials on your cast iron. Never allow your cast iron to cool down too quickly with cold water, as this can cause the pan to crack.
