2000 watt consumption? Is that correct? It says on other Dyson appliances that the consumption is 40 watts.

Sure, the Dyson "cool" is actually a hairdryer with an incredible 2000 watts

This seems to me to be a mistake (to be checked directly with Galaxus) as this model does not heat, so consumption should be around 40 Watts. This model is an air purifier and fan, unlike other models which also have a heating function. In my opinion, it would be the models with heating that would consume 2000 Watts. For example, the Dyson Pure Hot and Cool is rated at 2090 W.
