After 22 months, the battery unfortunately only lasts 5 minutes of the promised 60 minutes of battery life. If the battery is not replaceable, I cannot recommend the product. Actually, it would be a good product. But the fact that you have to dispose of the device after 22 months and buy a new one does not reflect the current global situation. Too bad

I bought the hoover in September 2019, so almost 2 years now and using it almost daily. I can still vacuum a three storey house in one go. I am still thrilled with the performance. We have two cats and it cleans the carpets with no problem. So there are few reasons to buy an overpriced D.... to buy an overpriced appliance. However, I'll deduct a point if the battery really can't be replaced - that's not possible at all!
