Question about Rowenta XTouch
After 5 months, the battery only lasts for 10-20 seconds... I don't think that's great. Does this happen more often, or do I simply have a defective product?
This must be a defective battery.
According to the manufacturer/instructions, the appliance must be cleaned. Also clean the filter. In our case, it worked perfectly again afterwards.
The battery life is short, but not by that much. After about 18 months, it still lasts about 4-6 minutes I'd say (I've never timed it).
