Can anyone give me a tip? My pizzas always burn. It's a shame to waste food. I always preheat the oven on the highest setting until the pilot light goes out and put the pizza in, immediately after which heavy smoke develops every time and the base burns inedibly.
I have changed the pizza stone fiesoli arte terrectte 31.5mm which is super I can only recommend it nothing burns anymore I have modified it reaches about 430 degrees.
It happened to me too: heat up again only 10' on level 3, then flour the stone well, put the pizza in and set it to level 5 so that the top is also browned. But I bought a stone for the oven, so the pizzas come out better.
Maybe you have too many toppings on the pizza or too much tomato sauce, is the dough quite wet? I would make it thinner, maybe the sauce will burn on the stone.
