Can the hoover also be installed via hotspot? We don't have wifi

Yes, but you need 2 devices when setting up: one where the app is running (mobile/tablet) and one for the hotspot: the app wants to connect to the robot via wifi during setup and that won't work if it's running on the same device.

After the setup, it also works with one device
