I have never tried this with the pipes. It certainly doesn't work well. However, the hose is sufficient for up to 2 metres. Otherwise, place the unit on a large, stable chair or stool. An upturned box or small stable table is also suitable. But be careful that the device does not fall down. It is also helpful to have a partner to watch over the device.
