I let out hot water every day. Tiptop. However, it doesn't come out scalding hot. I've measured it and only when the machine is really hot, i.e. after 15-20 minutes, does hot water come out at around 80-85°C. Before that, it's around 65-70°C. Before that it is about 65-70 C warm. So if you want 90 C and hotter, you can't get around a kettle.

This machine from Ascaso cannot do that. The Ascaso Steel Duo (with and without PID) have a hot water outlet.
