I have had this machine for 2 years now. It comes with a recipe book. I have tried almost all recipes from that book (bread, cakes, ice creams), they have all been successful. I have also searched on line for the “bread machine recipes” and did many successfully in this machine. We also use it to make pizza dough also from on-line recipes.
Two things are to be noted: you can only use it with Max 1/2 kg flour, (which is anyway maximum for all standard machines).
It is quite noisy, as all of this machines. But if you want set the timer to bake during the night, make sure your kitchen has closed door.
