Question about SodaStream Duo
Do the glass bottles from the Crystal also fit in the Duo? And do the "normal" gas cylinders fit in the Duo? If not, can the Duo gas bottles currently only be purchased online?
No, I am dissatisfied. It's a mess with all these designations! Crystal and Sodastream Duo have different connections for the bottles and the gas cartridges and are therefore NOT compatible.
No: There are extra glass bottles for the Duo, but so far they can only be ordered online from Soda Stream.
The Duo gas bottles are also available everywhere you can buy the normal gas bottles, e.g. Coop, Media Markt etc....

The bottles are not compatible and I only found the large 1 litre bottles online at Soda stream. I am not satisfied with the appliance, the plastic cap unfortunately warps....
