Does anyone else have the problem that it doesn't pick up all the dust? Sometimes it just gets stuck... I've already replaced the brush roller...?

Helpful answer

I have noticed the same problem, but I have found that the cause is that the filter is clogged with dust and this needs to be removed and in particular the filter needs to be cleaned

If such problems occur right at the beginning, it could be a technical defect. If it occurs later, the appliance may need to be cleaned, starting with a new filter.

The Crosswave is very good but not a jack of all trades. I have 3 dogs and the hair sticks to the floor even when you can't see it. I have a 60m2 ceramic tiled floor. Around the aviary of my 2 parrots, fruit remains also stick very firmly. The only thing that helps is moistening it once with the Crosswave and then loosening it with a hand scraper and then vacuuming it off. Even in the kitchen, where

there are sometimes dried stains, it doesn't just go away like that, sometimes you just have to get to grips with the situation by running a lot of water over it several times. In my experience, it's not because of the brush roll. I make sure that the roller is properly engaged and turns freely. I have switched to pre-vacuuming with my Dyson and roller brush and then the dirty water tank and the filter are not fully blocked straight away. Oh yes, the cleaning agent is expensive but not the best either, there are better agents for my case. I use a commercially available cleaner that doesn't foam. And of course always clean the dirty water tank, filter and roller after every floor cleaning and the pipe to the dirty water tank is often clogged with hair. I'm actually very happy with the Cross Wave. I think everyone has to go their own way, as it was cheap. I always wanted a corded wet vacuum cleaner because I don't like having to charge the battery all the time. I think everyone has their own experience with their own cleaning problem. Greetings!
