Hi Miriam, a recipe book for which recipe? Bread, yoghurt, jam? For me, this machine does the kneading and leavening for bread flour. I finish baking in the oven at 230 degrees in a closed casserole dish for 30 minutes, then 15 minutes with the lid off to brown the crust.
