Mine did not have a CH plug. As a regular customer, I am used to this (only) weakness at Digitec/Galaxus. An adapter is always supplied or at least delivered on request (free of charge, of course - it is a product bought in Switzerland). Disadvantage: you have a bulky plug that is guaranteed to hide adjacent sockets. I always install the Swiss plug myself after the warranty period has expired (please only do this if you have experience with electrics!).
