Does the power is really 300 W as written in the specifications (which is surprisingly low for a kettle) or is 3’000 W?

The nameplate reads: 50-60 Hz 2520-3000 W, so it appears that it depends on the frequency of your power supply. i.e. if you live in USA/Canada/South America or Europe.
