For some time now it has happened that the power button gets stuck when pressed and can no longer be moved to the OFF position. You then have to jiggle it a bit with a narrow, flat object in the crack between the button and the housing. Does anyone know the problem?

Warranty case. Complete a form, send it to repair, probably they’ll send you a new one.

I just tested it on myself and thought at first that maybe you could try cleaning it with a cotton bud or something. But that doesn't seem to do much good.
If you haven't had the product for 2 years, I would complain about the defect.
