For the 20cm pan, is that the top or bottom diameter? How much is the bottom? And does anyone think this brand is great or have another to suggest? As the Standard lids don't fit (I've heard).

Lower diameter 19 cm, upper diameter 26 cm, it is a "healthy" pan as it is made of steel. However, it is not suitable for everything until it is burnt in. Good for quick searing: Meat, sausage and fish. Less suitable for eggs, spaetzle or potatoes. We are very happy with the pan.
