Question about Dreame L20 Ultra
Good morning, What does the "bring-in" guarantee mean? Do I understand correctly that if the device has a defect and I realise it 3-4 days after receiving it.... I have to pay the postage costs (more than 15chf for this weight!!!) as I cannot go to Galaxus ..... ? Whereas if I buy it at Mediamarkt or Interdiscount, I can go to a branch... Doesn't "bring-In" send a free return ticket?

The Bring-in guarantee means that, if the goods prove to be faulty within this 36-month period, you will have to send us the item by your own means (drop it off at a branch or send it by post) so that repairs can be carried out.
However, in the event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), you have a period of 14 days during which we will replace or refund the product. In this case, we will pay the delivery costs.
