Hello, can you use a second battery? If not, and the battery has a noticeable loss of power after 3 years, can it be reordered? Install it?

Good question. Ask Philips directly, I doubt that Galaxus can answer this question. I don't know if it will be easy to replace the battery, but in principle it should be possible. With a bit of tinkering talent.
