Hello, my mi suction-wipe Ropoter p no longer pumps water, does not make any noise either, it wipes dry. 🤷Is there a solution to this problem? I would really appreciate any positive info! 😁

Was the mop robot operated with distilled water or just tap water? I only use filtered water in mine because normal tap water can be very chalky depending on the region. Deposits could actually clog the pump system. If there is a possibility to clean these components, I would decalcify them if possible.
